Ask A Pro: Beauty Tips From Sex Workers! Ask A Pro: Beauty Tips From Sex Workers!
Sometimes, you just need to ask a beauty question that the counter girl at Macy's can't answer... That's why we are here! So send in your questions to Gracie, and get the real answers you need!
As I mentioned in the orginal letter from the editor, we are here to help you with the basics of beauty & beyond. As promised, let's start with the skinny on red lipstick... Q: Should you wear red lipstick on a date? It leaves those marks...
A: Hell, yes!
First of all, any woman can wear read, it is just a matter of the right shade of red. (If you are unsure of what shades suit you, visit www.glamkitty-beauty.com and get a free consult, or just email them for help. Trust me, they'll set you straight.)
Second, red lipstick is 'hot' for two reasons: one, it makes those lips stand out (all the better to notice you playing with that straw between your teeth *wink*), and two, since it is a dramatic color, you will get noticed. And folks notice that a person getting attention, and is comfortable with that, is a confident person. Not much more in the world is a turn on than a confident women!
Now, I know what you are saying, "What if I am out with someone I want to kiss? Won't that red liptick be a mess? Won't both myself & the person I kiss look ridiculous?"
But really, that is the BESt time to wear it. You see, if you are convinced you are going to give in, to that kiss anyway, that kiss isn't going to be some chaste little peck, is it... No, it's going to be a passionate, come-up-for-air situation. And kisses like that remove ALL signs of any lipstick, on either party.
How can I be so sure? Well, after all, I am a pro, but personal experience is the best illustration for this point.
This past Summer, I had an 'encounter.' In preparing for that encounter, I applied, the reddest of lipliner, the reddest of lipstick and, yes, the reddedst of gloss over it all. I wanted that stuff to last during drinking, dancing, and the general mayhem I usually enjoy. *wink*
After but one kiss, one long kissing session I should say, and there was not a bit of color left. Not on my lips, not on his. In fact, it looked as if I never wore any lipstick at all.
So ladies, don't let fears of sudged messy goo, or red clown lips haunt you. Put it on, and wear it with the confidence of one who knows that if she really kisses, there are no worries!
And if you plan to go further... may I recommend you reapply it? That red ring looks lovely on a shaft!
