The Double Standard As a group of women, it is only natural that from time to time we rant. But this time, it’s different.
A rant is pompous or pretentious talk or writing, in a noisy, excited, or declamatory manner, expressed with strong emotion.
While it’s true that we may seem excited & emotional over our comments this issue, we aren’t pompous or pretentious. We attempt to educate. There are many places where the old Double Standard still reigns king, & we Sex Kittens feel that it is our duty as queens to remind the kings that The Double Standard exists ~ & that we simply won’t put up with it.
And we ask other queens to take notice ~ culture is defined by the persons living in it, so if women tolerate, they perpetuate, just as unwitting men do.
So this issue, the Sex Kittens put everyone on notice: Stop The Double Standard.
