You control the speed of the vibrating rabbit ears, the height & speed of the thrusting shaft, as well as the amount of head rotation.
You can use all the benefits (clit vibration, stroking shaft, head rotation/movement), or you can limit your choices. Since the clit stimulator & the shaft are operated separately, you can opt to only use one or the other ~ for example, if you prefer clit only, you have that option.
