The Largest Sex Organ: The Brain The hypothalamus is one of the most important parts of the brain. Among other functions, it is involved in the "Four F's" of motivation: fighting, fleeing, feeding, and fucking.
It's the last one we're most interested in... The brain is known as the largest sex organ ~ without it, how would we ever reach sexual arousal? How would we reach orgasm?!!
Hearing, seeing, smelling, even thinking about something sexy can make a person sexually aroused. Before you even touch, your brain is engaged in arousal. Some of these stimuli are physical, and yet they are, in part anyway, learned responses. Some are absorbed and taught from the culture in which a person is raised. Other sexual stimuli is learned via personal experiences. And all of this is happening in the brain before you even touch...

Many years ago, a potential lover quiped what he thought was a most insulting statement: "You know, you require a great mental fuck before you'll allow a real one."
I was supposed to have been insulted, I was supposed to reply defensively (and then put out to prove him wrong, no doubt), but I didn't. I just gave him a soft, slow smile, and said "God, yessss...."
