This book is a one stop resource for a whole lot of sex related information and definitely a book I’ll be adding to my collection. This book has a little bit of everything for lovers; sex magic, feng shui for eroticism, love rituals, dance rituals for lovers, mantras, meditation, chakra work, erotic telepathy, subliminal seduction, aphrodisiacs, Kama Sutra love positions, dream work, a dream dictionary and more.
I found this book to be a fascinating read that is a whole new approach to making your love life better. It doesn’t offer the same type of advice and self helpy sex stuff a person is used to from ‘improve your sex life’ books. This book goes much deeper.
I would love to be able to use all her advice, though for me I think it would take a lifetime to implement and use everything in this book. I would love to be able to totally focus on meditating, visualizing, doing erotic exercises and sexy rituals with my husband but unfortunately I have a very busy real life with very little extra time to do anything. Maybe I can try some of these exotic and erotic techniques a little at a time. Most women would probably have a hard time getting their husbands involved in the ritual exercises and stuff but all I would have to do is tell my husband sex is involved and he’d be all for it.
If you’re not into self help, new age type books do not bother with this one. It is not for the closed minded, doubtful type person. This book is for the sexually adventurous and deeply spiritual types who are willing to try all kinds of new things to improve their sex lives as well as their lives in whole. I think I’ll be trying to find time to at least try a few of Mabel Iam’s exercises and rituals for “Sex and the Erotic Lover”.
