Make Your Eyes Gorgeous! Eliminate common beauty problems with a few of these tricks. Many have told me that my eyes are one of my best features. Yours can be too with a few simple tips and tricks with make-up.
We all have them from time to time. Be it from stress, tiredness, medications we take. You know what I'm talking about. Dark under eye circles. But I have found that by using a bit of a vitamin-K cream can really help. this skin-smoothing vitamin boosts circulation and lightens up those dark circles. For those of us low on funds, and who isn't these days with the price of gas, try the make-up route. using a fluffy brush, sweep your favorite bronzer under your eyes. the yellow-brown tone counteracts any purplish-blue tint.
Sagging eyes? Give 'em a lift with this little trick. Slightly extend your eye shadow at the outer corners of eyelids. The cat-eye look instantly lifts droopy eyes. And don't ya know, we all adore that sex-kitten look!
Not enough sleep? Hung over? One too many drinks in a smoke filled bar? Whiten those blood shot eyes by soaking a washcloth in ice water and place it over your eyes for 60 seconds. The coolness of will reduce the redness. Also try navy mascara. The dark blus makes the whites of your eyes look whiter and brighter!
Send those bags packin', woman! If you apply a concealer in a shade slightly darker (yes, darker) then your foundation, it will camouflage those bags. But the secret here is to NOT rub it in. Tap it with your ring finger to blend.
Certain colors of eye shadow can flatter your eye color. For instance, if your eyes are blue, try using warm pinks and mocha browns. These colors contrast with the coolness of your eyes, making them stand out.
If your a brown-eyed beauty. Try a rich amber, peach or gold to pick up the colored flecks in your eyes. These colors will make your eyes appear bigger and brighter.
If your a green-eyed kitten, like myself, try cool toned purples, smokey grays and mauves. This will bring out the gold in your eyes, and make them glow.
Hazel-eyed? Enhance the flecks in your eyes and make them sparkle with shades of khaki, olive, apricot and bronze.
